Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas & Provider:

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Denver, CO, USA.
Domestic (USA) and international shipments are handled by reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service level.

2. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal (before taxes and fees):

  • Orders $1.00–$29.99: $10.00 USD Shipping Fee
  • Orders $30.00–$59.99: $5.00 USD Shipping Fee
  • Orders $60.00 and above: FREE SHIPPING

4. Important Notes on International Orders:

  • Flat-Rate Applies: The same shipping fee structure based on order subtotal applies to all international destinations. No separate international fee is charged.
  • Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
    Important: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    TT Shop is not responsible for paying these charges and cannot predict or control them. You may need to pay them to receive your package.
    Please check with your local customs office for regulations before placing an international order.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Estimates range from 10 business days to several weeks. Tracking info will provide the best updates.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. TT Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will require payment of applicable shipping fees again.

6. Order Tracking:

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Combined Shipments:

Multiple items in one order will usually ship together. If items ship separately due to stock or logistics, we’ll notify you. Shipping charges will still be based on the full order total as outlined in section 3.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

Some product or carrier restrictions may apply to certain international regions. We will notify you if we cannot ship a particular item to your location.

9. Changes or Cancellations:

To cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at support@tiktokalternative.org.
We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.
